The Technology of Wall Build with Blocks
I. Straight wall with Coblocks's blocks
Just like ordinary bricks, the upper and lower layers of building blocks are pressed staggeringly, and the upper one holds down the gap between the two blocks of lower layer.
The difference is that COBLOCKS blocks can interlock with each other without cement or glue.
II. hollow-out walls with Coblocks's blocks
1/4 or 1/3 (one end) of a building block is laid on the 1/4 or 1/3 (end) of the next building block, with staggered layers between the lower and upper layers.
The stack up method is the same as the first one.
III. 90-degree corner walls with Coblocks's blocks
Similar to the above-mentioned stacking up method, only pay attention to the upper and lower layers of the corner, the upper layers use the maximum length of block, while the lower layers use the narrowest side, and turn 90 degrees direction, cumulative one by one in turn up.
IV. block wall with stamp
The width of the wall is changed from narrow to wide. The bricks are stacked horizontally on the side. The method is overlapped with the second one, layers by layers.
Ｖ．Impact-resistant high wall with Coblocks's blocks
In some cases, it's interlocking strength is not enough, will be reinforced by the bolt: The first layer of blocks are bolted to the bove of ground (an ideal ground is cement or tile, cut hole and plug in burst nut),bolting together between the upper and lower layer of blocks with a long screw bolt forcing together. it's firmness is comparable to cement.
VI. Build desktop with shelf and Coblocks's block
The building blocks are arranged according to the design layout, and the construction technology is as aboves. the lug head of block is inserted by the shelf plate with opening hole.
VII. Build wall that open doorway and windows
At the top of the open doorway or window of the building block wall, a certain thickness of steel plate shall be installed, both ends of the steel plate are opened holes and inserted into the lugs of the coblocks's block. Build bricks on top again.
VIII. Roof top by blocks
COBLOCKS develops a special slant brick for building roofs. When building, a flat plate is laid at the bottom to support the slant brick. The slant brick is stacked up in staggered layers.
The two ends of the flat plate are opened holes and buckled into the lugs of the building block head.
IX. Side fixing method for building partition wall
If there are red bricks, cement or ceramic tile wall on the side of the block wall, the block wall is possible to be reinforced by filling with glass glue where the gaps between the ceramic wall and the end side wall of the building blocks.
